2006 Audi A8L W12 Radiator Hose issue

Evening all. I have a 6.oL W12 that keeps popping the top radiator hose off when the vehicle is under load. Any advice would be grateful, I don't know what to check that could be causing the issue

There is a-lot going on with your question.... could you be a bit more specific. How about a picture.

What are the circumstances when this occurs? Is it overheating? Is this a recent hose / radiator change? Recent thermostat ? Those hoses have a plastic o-ring coupler... is the hose coming off the plastic coupler.... or is the coupler coming off the radiator connection? When was the last time this vehicle was serviced?

Do you maintain this vehicle ? How about posting a Complete Auto-Scan.

Hi there...

Yeah, that is weird... to me it sounds like a weak clamp, if it is the spring type.

I would replace with a better clamp, these are some of the best automotive clamps, I use them on almost every engine swap/build...
