Unable to update firmware after install latest 21.3.0

Hi, I get error message after software update.

Unable to contact server. Check your internet access. Couldn't connect to server, outgoing TCP port 11000.

I had a read up on the forums, tried uninstall and reinstall. Using same laptop and wifi always use. I made sure "allow firewall bypass" was ticked during reinstall.

Do you have any server issues currently?

Having said that the firmware update is taking an age, 20 minutes and counting so far. The last update a couple of weeks ago was the same, I stopped it after 30 minutes and needed to follow the 'it's not bricked guide'
