Central electric module 2015 Passat TDi

Hello,
I was attempting to enable the rain sensing wipers and windows up/sunroof close when rains, but I hit a snag.
My Passat is a 2015 TDi SE , it does have the auto lights on and rain sensor by the rear view mirror.
Upon following the instructions from (myturbodiesel) site. I found I do not have this option when logging in to the Central electric module .
My drop down is greyed out. I do not see option 1 RLS red arrow shown below.
Could you please advise why that does not show in my VCDS?

Also can you send a photo of the windshield from the outside? My understanding is that starting in 2013, VW no longer needed or installed the RLS for automatic light functions. See this thread for pics:
