DSG Mechatronics code

Good evening all,

just want to make sure I'm on the right track with Mechatronics replacement in my Skoda. I have the new refurbished unit on its way and in preparation I want to make sure I have extracted the coding for the unit correctly.

I have run auto scan and saved the document on my device is this all I need?

While I'm here if someone could point me in the right direction to re coding the new unit?

I really appreciate any help, this is way over my head but I'm hoping I can nut this out I have read the mechatronics how to and I understand the mechanical side of things but computers.... not so much

I guess it wouldn't hurt to save the adaptation values as well in a controller adaptation map. See below on how to do so.
