hey guys not been doing much lately but ive got a 2010 vw scirocco thats got some steering wheel coding issues the last owner has replaced the slip ring and it was not coded correctly but the coding options are in german or Spanish so im struggling with it

ive done a full scan from the car ignore the suspension faults as its bagged so i cant remove them im working on the steering wheel issue and the 3rd brake light faults at the moment

it does work perfectly i changed the coding

multi function steering wheel dimming the buttons with can information

last night and the buttons now light up as they should and everything works

i just have the error in the log i was going to double check the coding but its a pain typing everything into google translate each time lol

This may be sorted already but 8X0-953-569.clb has an English coding chart. I suspect you might be choosing [Yes] to the Experimental Coding selection.

If so, that coding chart is hard to read and cannot be translated.

I agree with Uwe on the Audi specific 16 module. That would not be found a VW from the factory and it may not be compatible with this car.
