Hi, my Audi A6 was skidded in the snow and hit a kurb at approx 15 miles an hour. There was no body panel damage. However the rear wheel was bent and drivers seat and curtain airbag deployed.

The wheel hub, seat and curtain airbag were changed.

Before changing the airbag SRS, i wanted to clear all the codes which I have not been able to do. The errors in the airbag module are

1) Igniter for battery interrupt B1015 1B [137] - Resistance Too High
2) Driver's Belt Force Limiter Igniter B1013 1B [137] - Resistance Too High
3) Passenger's Belt Force Limiter Igniter B1014 1B [137] - Resistance Too High
4) Igniter for Seat Belt Tensioner; Driver's Side B1006 1B [137] - Resistance Too High
5) Igniter for Seat Belt Tensioner; Passenger's Side B1007 1B [137] - Resistance Too High
6) Multiple collision brake B13BC F2 [137] - No function

I will need to replace the drivers seat beat. Do I need to replace the passengers airbag? How can I clear error 1, or do I need to replace the interrupt? How can I clear error 6?

I would expect every igniter that shows "resistance too high" is one that has been deployed and the associate component needs to be replaced.

Thanks for the reply Uwe. Seat belts have been ordered along with Airbag SRS module and battery fuse. How do I clear fault (6) [Multiple collision brake B13BC F2 [137] - No function] or will the new airbag module clear this?

Some errors are due to faults in other modules as they all 'talk to each other'.
Once you've replaced / reflashed your module the error may simply disappear. Once you've changed and recoded the module, clear all faults, if you re-scan the car and post it should the fault still be present.

Ive replaced the seat belts and battery fuse. The steering is still very heavy although no damage was done to the steering (only rear wheel damaged), the following error codes are still present

Airbag module
Multiple collision brake B13BC F2 [137] - No function

Hmm. If the wiring to this control unit is ok, then it looks like the control module has failed.

I think this is part of the steering rack (please correct me if this is wrong), so probably sustained some damage in your crash.

It may be possible to reflash the unit with ODIS but as it appeared after the bump, I suspect you may need a new steering rack module.

This is also probably responsible for some of your ABS faults.

You need to check the module coding on the ABS to clear the 'Incorrectly coded' fault.

I have out of the blue the same issue and wont reset
