I had to remove temporarly the front grill where the ACC radar is located. I think I might have turn the ignition on during the process. Since then, I have this error that doesn't want to go away:

I drove for at least 6h since then and the problem doesn't want to go away. I've read that it should calibrate itself after some time, but I'm starting to doubt that it's actually the case. Current values are :

I've read somehwere that there should be a "reset vertical misalgnment" option, but this one seems unavailable for my unit. I do have a "Calibration of adaptive cruise control" but I believe this one require special hardware.

Any tips or help to prevent a dealearship visit would be appreciated!

Have it re-calibrated, do not attempt to do this on your own if you don't have the equipment to do it and/or have never done it before. I am fairly certain that the repair manual lists the calibration as part of the grill assembly/disassembly instructions, so you could have seen this coming. ;)

Sebastian is correct. Grill removal/install requires ACC calibration.
