This car is very troubling. Original owner has had to take car to dealer each time battery is disconnected or battery goes dead. I bought car to get rid of owner. Nice condition.After talking to Ross-Tech he believes car has a bad instrument housing. Immobilizer light never appears in dash. Comes up in trouble code. After paying dealer his 100.00 car operates fine until battery is disconnected. Wanted to work on car but this is crazy. Was told immo only affected by wrong key recognition. Considering removing computer and having immobilizer terminated. Love any input i could receive, Thanks Grant.

you will find the key loosing programming to the cluster ,same a s golf 4 but, auto scan first
