Hello.
I am a new member to the forum. I am having a problem with my Audi A3 8L 2001. It is an ASZ engine 96 kW factory. It has EGR off, K&N airfilter, free flowing exhaust (straight pipe from turbo to exit), custom turbo, and an ECU remap.
I am having power problem. There is no airflow, my MAF reads max 780-790. I will explain what I have tried and what I have changed.
I replaced my old MAF with new pierburg. To test the MAF i disconnected the MAF housing from airbox and blow directly into the MAF.
On VCDS the readings were 1249.
When I drive the car the reading is about 790. I did a turbo rebuild and in the rebuild I put a larger compressor wheel and everything else is stock 96 kW turbo.
The compressor wheel is for 163 PS stock. (It can be found in stock 2.0 HDi 163 PS).
I will post a vcds log that shows full load in 3rd and 4th gear with MAF reading and spec-actual intake pressure.
Intake is cleaned.

Why would any legitimate VCDS user be using a version that's so far out of date? ;)
