Hi All,
I have bought and fitted genuine VW front and rear parking sensors to my VW Transporter 2015 and experiencing issues with the front sensors.
The rear sensors work correctly and the fronts also when in close proximity to an object, but when moving forward after being in reverse, the front sensors flash\bleep away with nothing in front of the vehicle, until they switch off after about 7mph.
PDC module part no: 7E0 919 475 J
Front parking sensors part no: 1S0 919 275 C
I believe the PDC module is a slightly older variant as it covers various VW models, so I'm not too sure if I need a newer PDC module or the settings within it.
The company I bought the retro kit from said they would re-flash the PDC module but I'm not sure that will resolve the issue.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, plus I've added my VCDS output.
