CAN does not work for 06A 906 018 CL

Hello ! I have a Vw Polo 9n 2002 1.4 16v AUA. The motor died, and I decided to put the engine 1.8 20v AGN! The wiring harness is connected, everything works except CAN! The instrument panel does not detect the engine control unit on CAN, also ABS, Servotronic, Climatic! help solve this problem?
