Bentley CGT Washer bleeding function

Trying to bleed headlight washers on a 2005 Bentley Conti GT.

VAS has is a function to bleed them using 'final control diagnosis' (03) in the wiper system (68).
VCDS doesn not have any 'output tests' for this system however.

VAS shows the option "03 - Final Control Diagnosis in KWP 1281 mode" - this is the function needed
Could this be a unique function for VAS/Bentley and forms part od the Bentley firmware for VAS and could/would there be any plans to introduce this in the future?

Not sure if any VW/Audi models use this function.

Hmm, if that's a KWP 1281 module, then it only supports sequential (not selective) Output Tests, and VCDS shouldn't have any problem initiating that sequence.

What happens when you click on Output Tests in that module?

The 'Output Tests' are greyed out so cannot be selected.

Mind posting an Auto-Scan so we can what we know about the module in question?

Something tells me that the module in your car is *not* KWP 1281 and the procedure you're seeing in the VAS software doesn't apply.

Checked 09 but nothing for the headlight washers.
I think Uwe is correct and that my car may not have this function in the controller.

Having swapped pump and nozles, they work to a fashion.
Will check a later version to see if the 'output tests' become active.

Just doing this job.

I bridged the relay and held the pump on until cleared. Worked perfectly. Turned out one washer jet had a crack in it (frost damage possibly?). Will see how it works with a new one.
