My name's Tony and I live in Switzerland;
I'm building this car for track purpose and I have buy the HEX-NET interface to help me for this job.
I plan to :
- Disable DCC suspensions
- Disable some airbags and seatbelts
- Set the ESP if the button not fully disable it
- Disable some speakers etc..
My questions are :
- DCC :
- Can I do something to not buy the KW's 350€ resistor kit ?
- Does I need to set others things like headlights after lowering the car ?
- Other ?
Airbags + Seatbelts :
- I plan to put resistors in the plugs BUT can I do something with VCDS i.e. disable an airbag without disassembling it ?
ESP :
- In my last car ( AUDI TT-RS 8J ) when I pushed the button and ESP shows " full deactivated " in reality it wasn't. At high speed ESP was still working. I've found the solution by selecting a byte in a module for the rear spoiler after hours and hours of research ( it's not a joke ).
