Hi folks.

Audi A3 , 2008, BKD engine, 6 speed manual.

While ago I had often limp mode - under boost condition, turned out, the time I've changed turbocharger, didn't tightened exhaust manifold bolts enough, so I believe, that caused under boost....

Now everything tightened as it should, now I am getting overboost, wonder why 🤷

When idling , boost pressure as barometric, but when revving up, it is significantly higher than specified... What could cause that ? Any ideas before I start strip exhaust side again..

you can also clean it, and put it back in. I know the dealers usually just replace it, for any more problems for the customer down the road and stuff.

I have discovered that MAF readings are different to specified ... MAF reads nearly double of specified reading on idle. Maybe due MAF reads more than should, it makes overboost condition ?
