Hi all i have problem with VCDS update

I just bay my HEX-V2 secondhand, I downloaded last version 23.11.0, it’s tell me i have to update when i try to update its show me there Is no update. I search for this problem and I couldn’t find, my HEX-V2 it’s working 100% please help me.
This is the Current versions:
CB: 0.4508
FW: 0.256
CFB: 0.10
BL: 0.28

Wait, Uwe, you've been holding out on us with your (00001): the OP has the SN one digit before Yours (00000)! He must have the pre-production / prototype version ; what a find!
