Sorry. I understood bit/byte adaption but not sure if the coding first need to be accepted.
An incorrect coding cannot be accepted, so you must (as you said) ...
start from long coding helper, input old code in field 1 with 4 zeroes added and change bit/byte values. copy the new code back to coding and see if it goes through?

many thanks. I found a post here showing screenshot of bit options for byte 19. After some hex/binary converter and using guide, I believe 13 42 20 12 49 22 00 02 C8 0D 04 E9 92 1E 00 80 A0 00 00 40 should work?

Original coding is 13 42 20 12 49 22 00 02 C8 0D 04 E9 92 1E 00 80 38 00. I don't know if it's the correct way of thinking but :
-Byte 6 and 14 is already 0 , so no need for any change
-Byte 16 is 38 which is 00111000. Disabling bit 3 & 4 gives 20 hex. If enabled bit 7 then the value is A0
-Byte 19 no TPMS and single ESC button press off hex 40

I don't think he'll agree to replace lbl file and LCode on his laptop or use my laptop with necessary files. Also we live 10 miles apart with different work schedules. What's the option if all code fails? apart from sending original ABS for repair and reinstall.

All sorted. Code got accepted and all signs are off now. Done by local garage as my brother needed car until next week. The garage done scan after and apparently no faults were found in abs. I'm yet to test the car but think we're ok as going by his account they've also done some kind of adaptation.

Many thanks for the help.
