A6 BMK resetting learned values DPF

Hallo,
greetings from Sweden.
I have a problem to reset values for DPF after it was cleaned (oil ash value 51 when Audi limitation is 49). When going to Long adaptation Channel 081 I can only set as new value 1 (not recommended 0001) and confirm it by Test, then Test value appear as "0" but both Test and Save stay disabled. Only when I try to set "0" the option "Save" is available. No changes to MVB 104 (oil ash, soot calc/meas and distance) occur. Any idea what is wrong or what I do wrong?

Why not? Are you actually typing 0001 into the New Value field? If so, what exactly happens?

Maybe post some screen-shots?

Trying both with 1 and 0001. I push Test then as Test value "0" appear, both "Test" and "Save" buttons are disabled.
Only when change Test value to "0" I am allowed to Save after Test

is it so that G450 (exhaust pressure sensor) reset must be done before any way first? DPF was not exchanged but only cleaned. G450 working correct (zero reading when key on engine off)

If I am not mistaken, a software update for engine is necessary to use channel 81.
Why do you think a cleaning, removes all ash :confused:
You should also be able to use channel 82.

thanks NEtech, seems be you right, just find info about TPI2012786 - without engine software update no way to adapt channel 81 or recalibrate G450. I mind time to spend money by Audi:mad:
Cleaning was done by professional company (measurement before and after process, warranty)
Channel 82 - what it it function?

Still, no one can tell if it is soot, ash (or items of the filter material!) or other items that are removed!
My opinion is, if you want to drive a diesel, then buy a new (original) particulate filter, when it is necessary.

Mileage of particulate filter divided 1000, used, if for example ECU is changed.

well, if Audi (VAG) offer the new PDF to reasonable price yes, but I don't like to pay almost 2K EUR for it, except the labour cost where only flashing of new software is priced to just under 200 EUR (and can be done first in the middle of September):mad:. Cost of new pdf is close to 5% of new car in standard configuration, so it is difficult to say "reasonable",specially in my case for car driven over 360k km. I am happy that it happened first now, not by half of distance which is not common but usually.
So I trust company which working only with this issue (regeneration of PDF), both for personal car but mostly for heavy equipment where this procedure is common. And I am very confuse about future as rumors about new regulations - requirement of pdf for petrol motors too.
Why no "open PDF" (as in heavy trucks or construction machines) is installed in any personal car allowing removing & cleaning to reasonable cost for user?
