Hi All. Symptoms starts fine from cold and revs up fine but when warm you have to keep the key on until it catches very sluggish from rest, you have to wait for the turbo to spool up and off we go runs ok.

Did have a 000833 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40) P0341 - 000 - Implausible Signal.. before i striped and retimeed the cam. any idea what 48.0 Start Synchronisation means ??

All depends on you and your observations compared to RTFB, huh?

Don't you see what I'm asking in general, is that you should query the RTFB and check timing, since that is recent work history right and torsion value is what it is & yes it's gear driven, "gear chain belt" same crap different shovel for cam position & that vehicle isn't in the USA, so criticizing me for information you should already have a baseline on and choose not too, isn't wise when seeking a hand out, well is it?

You say no free soup needed, well no crackers either........ :p

The forum is not a substitute for VCDS or RTFB procedures, it is to elaborate on it based on test data, anything contrary in this section would be considered reckless and unqualified as a repair process.


What are conditions of PD and cam lifters + mechanical's for leak down and lash settings of injector train?

...i only meant it being gear driven moving the gear one tooth would i think be more then 6 degrees .
