2010 VW Passat Bluetooth

So on Friday I needed to factory reset my phone. Nothing crazy but Windows Phone insider was acting up so I wanted to straighten it out. After doing so, of course, my phone needed to repair with my Passat. When I attempted to do so, the car just said no phone paired after starting it and going straight to the phone page. Thought it was odd so I did some research to pull the box under the passenger seat to reset that, no joy. Pulled the negative on the battery and let it sit for a minute, no joy. Factory reset the head unit and the MFI settings, no joy. I'm out of ideas for the moment and am looking for help. (Please no Windows Mobile bashing, its an addiction I can't break) Also, apologies if the log doesn't show up correctly. I forgot which to copy and paste it into (I used code this time) and also I printed it from VCDS into a PDF then had to copy it so that may of messed it up some.

I appreciate your quick response yet again. You sir, are amazing. I will be completely honest at this point. What you have said is gibberish to me at the moment, I have yet to play with VCDS much still even though I've had it this long (full time student and full time job drain my time). Could you give some more explanation to everything you've said? It would be much appreciated.

Edit: Also, do I need the security code for work in this module? I noticed it and wasn't sure so I thought I would ask. I purchased this car this past summer and it did not come with the owners book. I do have a contact at a VW dealership though if I need to have something looked up.

Look at the Groups I listed above. The data fields should have explanations.

Adaptation is a different function that you would click at the previous level instead of Meas. Blocks. In Adaptation channel 133, it is possible to turn BT on or off...
