    First thing is new auto-scan........

Second thing is does the car crank?

Does the 0x01 and 0x011 see G28 RPM when cranking and observing?

Does engine run when starting fluid is sprayed in intake & to indicate is this a fuel/electronics or mechanical problem?

    Isolate ..........!

These tests take about 5 minutes NEXT!

It's my favorite quote for procedure correction and came from a stupid yet funny B movie we watched as teens called the Toxic Avenger.

End of day update: Disconnected several modules today but nevertheless scanner can NOT communicate with ANY module. Green light is on and test says good to go but that was as far as the Hex got. We had a team of FIVE people trying to help speed up the process of disconnecting and connecting components - Four onsite and one Ross-Tech support agent over the phone. But it was finally time to close shop and we never found the culprit.

With the key nothing happens. Engine will crank if you bypass battery relay and stuff. It's an electrical problem not mechanical. Ross Tech Peter said he would put together a statement for this thread on what we eliminated and concluded.
