Today I was able to get the VCDS w/Hex-V2 to communicate w/ two modules - Address 25Immobilizer) and 05Access/Start Authority) located under the "electronics 1" section of OPEN CONTROLLERS. AUTO SCAN would fail and never complete. Looks like its a KESSY module issue, anyone??? Does anyone have the security code? Or does anyone know what the correct settings are?

    In addition to whats below:
    Incorrect synch byte: $0
    VBat 12.4v/and VLGN 0.001v w/ no jumper
VBat 09.5v/and VLGN 09.4v w/ jumper cables attached.

Hope this might help me narrow down my troubleshooting!!!

My guess: You have some relay that isn't working, or possibly a blown fuse somewhere.

The engineering problems are likely insurmountable. It would be like proposing to land a rocket booster section on a barge floating in the middle of the ocean.

That would be great! Now if I can find which one. I do have the Bentley publishing online manuals that might help.

No, I have not pulled the batteries, full charged, and then load tested. At the moment all i know is they were good until there seemed to be a short draining everything down. I guess maybe I should pull and test first?

Better check those modules for water............and sort the tracks directly using WD.

Check ignition switch and terminal relays.

I would start by looking at those battery feed relays and their fuses, they're all under the driver seat, you have 2 bolts to undo and seat lifts right up in 45deg angle
Open up there and also check your main battery ground which is bolted to the floor, failure of this ground or any fuse under the seat will not get the treg started.

Current update: Haven't yet found any bad fuses or relays from under the seat of the left and right side-dash panels. Observations: when key is turned i noticed bulb failure symbol flashing and air suspension button on console. The color screen in instrument cluster shows vehicle normal, but shows the air suspension symbol at top of screen. I'm currently parked on a slope.

My guess is bad front battery. Did you know that turning the key counterclockwise will engage both batteries?

As you probably know, voltage under load is what counts. The Intervention Load Management is a sure indication your volatage has fallen too low.

As a last resort check under your feet for a wet carpet. Many a Treg has been stopped by great green globs of corrosion inside the bundle of wires there.

@ Harris, air suspension bulb fault will be attributed when you lose power and it loses its basic settings, when a battery is replaced, for that error to clear out you need to drive 25-50 feet in a straight line.
It means you have either a battery drain issue or something wrong with the main battery. Have you tried seeing the current draw on that battery when the truck's asleep? (all doors locked and alarm on for 15 min)

Forgot to add the max tolerance draw is 30mA, should never go over 60mA
