Now with the added TQ from follow through at acceleration & cruising speed........ install larger rims and tires to get a larger circumference.

No huh? ..........I guess we will have to agree to disagree on this one. /\

Follow through is a powerful mechanism.......... my studies and testing say otherwise.

Been doing this one since the Rupp and CR500 days and I can tell you it indeed does work to a degree depending on the goal.

FOD.... FUN
AC INOP....
2001 AVH 2.0 Jetta radiator fans stay on after key switch terminal 15 engaged & stay on until battery dead or disconnected.
When battery is disconnected & reconnected with key switch off, fans are now off or only stuck on consistently after key is now turned on.
Recent history is AC CLUTCH WITH COMPRESSOR changed due to clutch and snout of compressor mechanically warn causing bearing tilt and mag coil to short to open circuit, additionally rear view mirror switch and brake light switch changed due to EPC light displayed & mirror switch was mechanically lobbed off & BATTERY recently changed as preventative maintenance.
At time of a AC COMPRESSOR diagnosis, no fuses bad and power with ground are sufficient.

Hypothesis why fan condition exists?
What or how was FOD responsible?

Well here is what I found when having to repair a regulator this week and found damaged lock unit.

Hmmmmm I wonder if this groove someone cut had anything to do with the lock jam and window falling down?

At least they used red tape......... :p

HAD LOTS OF STUFF ON MY MIND IF YOU ONLY KNEW AND IT STARTS SNOWING.
FIGURE HEY LETS MOVE TRACTOR AND TRAILER + MOUNT UP SNOW PLOW......
FIRE UP TRACTOR NP SHORTLY AFTER RUNS OUT OF FUEL.
CHECK FUEL CANS EMPTY FML.......
GO TO START PLOW TRUCK BATTERY DEAD! JUMP IT WITH PACK GO PUT INSIDE, COME BACK OUT AND ATF IS POOLING WTF!


ATF LINE BURST/PUKED AT COOLER DUE TO CORROSION.

EXAMPLE OF AC CONDENSER HACKED UP..........GOOD FOD TO COMMENCE......

CUT OFF DRYER LINE AND OTHER SIDE WITH AIR SAW, FAB UP LINES......

BELOW IS THE IMPROVISED VAG 1J0/8NO SERIES AC CONDENSER USED AS AN ATF COOLER FOR AN F150 4X4

THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD OF BEEN DONE AND SHOULD BE DONE ON EVERY VEHICLE WITH AN AUTOMATIC TRANS + FACILITATING A THERMOSTAT.

FORD LOOPS THE COOLERS AND LINES JUST ROT OUT FROM BRINE....WHAT A WASTE OF MATERIALS AND LINES HAD NO RELIEF TO SUPPORT SWAY/VIBRATION, VERY DUMB!

F150 NOW TRANS FLUID IS COLD!

I DIDN'T EVEN REMOVE THE OLD COOLERS OR LINES YET.

ROAD TESTED DOES WHAT I WANT AND SIMPLIFIES CIRCUIT NOW HAVE TO CUT ALL OTHER STUFF OUT WHEN I GET A CHANCE!
