J623 CODING

Why cant i get access to post in, How to and Tips,
I have a screen shot of a ecu for a Diesel vw 2010 which the forum is not letting me paste the attachment,
it says below ,, Trying to work out the Numbers 0003031 for the engine ecu, its coding functions.

Vag Number 03G906 016LF, Component R4 2.0 LEDC 0000SG 2977
Engine control unit j623 coding.

00?XXXX CONFIGURATION 1
+5= SERVICE INTERVAL EXTENSION NOT ACTIVE.
00X?XXX CONFIGURATION 2.
3= 1 CONTINOUSLY FAN WITH 140 COMPRESSOR INSTALLED.
00XX?XX POWER TRAIN.
0 FWD.
1 ALL WHEEL DRIVE.
00XXX? CAN DATABUS.

+1 ABS
+2 AIRBAG.
+4 CLIMATE CONTROL.
00XXXX? TRANSMISSION
1= 5, SPEED.

I'm Trying to work out what it supports the number 0003031,

Had another look at it 0003031 looks like 00 configuration, 0 = Sei Active, 3, = 1, Continuously fan with compressor installed,
0, Fwd, 3, for Abs/airbag, & 1 for 5,speed transmission. 0003031,

Just one question as this ecu is from a Dona Vehicle, and the Pr codes says 1,continuously fan with compressor, is this for a vehicle with Aircon, which our vehicle does not have, and would the soft coding need changing to suit. should the 3, for fan be 0.
