Hello

I have a 2004 Touran 1.6 FSI (BAG 115hp)..... it drives me crazy

When Cold everything is okay, but after 15-20 minutes (when warmed up), it sets a failure and drops the power drastically...

Failure log says: 16575 - signal from high-pressure fuel sensor G247 unrealistic...

In the measure Blocks I can see that the low fuelpresure always is around 5 bars - thats okay.
The high fuelpressure is normally around 60-100 bars, but when the failure occures, the pressure is dropped to 49 bars (both specified and measured).

I have changed the fuelpump in the fueltank, and the filter + the two fuel pressure sensors (low and high), and the temp-sensor just before the throttle.

Which parts can cause this failure ??
Any inputs of Things to log, and check when the failure kicks in ??

Kind regards
Tommy

Okay, here's the autoscan....
The problem is that it goes into limp mode (fuel pressure is reduced to 49.9bar specified).... but why ?
