Hi my name is ahmad and am using vcds mobile and lately its beeping 3 times and i am not able to communicate with it through my phone and whenever i try to update it i get the error -11, any help will be appreciated thanks

I apologize for the inconvenience but we suspect this HEX-NET is suffering from SD card failure. Before we place an order for the warranty replacement interface please let us know if you are at the same address as the original order (Order ID 293609) on 10/12/2015.
