What kind of cable was it?Update, new cabel and the problem is worse, no communication at all with the engine. Have also tried the new software, same problem!

Auto-Intern (and their resellers) are supposed to keep some HEX+CAN interfaces in stock to make trouble-shooting (by process of elimination) easier in cases like this.The same as the first one. Auto-Intern interface! I told the supplier that I want my money back so I can buy the real thing from Ross-Tech.
