Sounds like something is pulling more current when the car is supposed to be asleep than the battery regulation module is comfortable with.

The vehicle is used as a taxi and on some occasions I have forgotten to switch off the radio for voice contact
I guess this could be the reason

checked how much a replacement battery would be for my greenline 2012

Over £200+ for an agm battery are they really that much more advanced than a standard battery

I need a sit down ????

I would shop around for an AGM battery, I got the largest Varta AGM battery for just over £120 online from Puredrive (the courier said it was the largest & heaviest battery he had ever delivered!) earlier this year so £200 seems excessive to me.
