Can I use the "Infrastructure Mode" having only the smartphone with 3G WiFi access and HEX-NET ?
Without additional device (router)

"Samsung Galaxy S6" + "HEX-NET" = "Infrastructure Mode" ? (Yes or Not)
Does the additional router is necessary or no?

Right. Configure one of the WiFi profiles for your phone's hotspot.

Yes. Turn on your phone's hotspot first, then power up the HEX-NET and make sure it is in infrastructure mode. You can switch between AP and Infrastructure mode with a momentary press of the button while it is powered up. It will then look for a WiFi network it knows about, and should find the one from your phone's hotspot.
