Cannot code xenon range module (55) 31 request out of rang

We have retrofitted xenons into a caddy with levelling sensor, lights work ok but no bi-xenon or dynamic lighting (everything range module related) when trying to code it just returns a 31 request out of range error, it is definitely wired correctly as it can see and communicate with the module and 2 slave module, see attached scan

Can anyone help

What coding value are you entering?

Are you using non-zero values for WSC, Importer and Equipment Number?

Hi Uwe, I can't remember the exact coding, I tried all sorts of combinations including known working ones from other caddy's, I can across a thread somewhere that said use import: 790 WSC: 33316 import: 999

I'm no expert here, so take this with a grain of salt....

Byte 4, Bit 1 is enabled = Dynamic Cornering Light active/enabled
Byte 6, 02 is selected, = Static Cornering Light according to ECE R119

This seems like a conflict to me... I'm just thinking out loud here. We'll see if I'm onto something or just need to shut up.

Your new coding should be... 090000000F000200 since you neither have a rain light sensor, nor start stop. The remaining options regarding lighting were fine.

Thanks for that I will give it a go, I tried many different combinations with no luck but the code I posted was the last one tried from a working setup,
Will give it a go hopefully at the weekend, is there anywhere to go with it if still The same error?

If 55 module is used, it probably have wrong parametrization. I had same problem with Touran, you need to flash the module to reset dataset and upload proper one. Not possible by VCDS but I can't mention the name of the other tool due to my respect to RT team. After that steps you can code the module easly.

On a 2K chassis Caddy, which is more-or-less an Mk.5 Golf platform panel truck, I don't think so.

The car is a r32 2008 he has the original module but it is not coded

In the auto scan it appears that headligths range with code 0000000
When I put the code that requires 0000004. I get error 10 rejected error
