Change the OXS sensors if a fault comes back for the heaters again.

Inspect engine control module for water ingress.

stop and started the car. got the MIL for bank 1 sensor 2 (of course, it's unplugged)

so that pretty much says my OXS is good right? good reading.

hopefully it's not an injector problem because that's going to cost a lot .....

If that is the case than I would suspect a controller error, however, I'm thinking maybe you didn't verify it was good during a completed DCY?

The DTC for the heater, may take a second DCY in order to go past an adaption limit table, & or after learned calibrations are established.

yup you were right. i needed to stop and start the car.

it's reading fine now. I got an extra OXS and plugged it in. same reading after stop and start the car as well.

went for a ride, nothing to report, no MIL or anything. I know it will be back, it's always back after like 50km.

so whats my next move?

Well you could log with VCDS and go drive it and verify the FAIL or just change the sensor.

Well I hope so but believe that the injector maybe another issue.

1 Cup of Marvel mystery oil goes a long way in the fuel tank to help injectors.
