VW Jetta Hybrid model? VCDS support?

Can you monitor the hybrid system data, e.g. battery status, rotational speed of electrical motors, from VW Jetta hybrid with VCDS? If it is possible, can you make a list of some useful items?

We believe the answer is yes, VCDS can show these parameters. However, to the best of my knowledge, we have not tested one as yet. Perhaps others can comment.

Bruce is correct, you can monitor the hybrid system data with VCDS.

This vehicle uses a UDS controller, so you will need to connect to the vehicle's [51-Electric Drive] and the select [Adv. Meas. Values], from there you can find for example:
- RPM of E-machine speed = rpm of the electric drive
- Specified RPM of electric machine = desired RPM as commanded by the controller

For Hybrid battery voltages, you will need have a look at the [Adv. Meas. Values] in [8C-Hybrid Battery] controller. There are too many values to list here, 50+ for the Charge status of the battery cells.
