I have been trying repeatedly, to no avail, to access "09-Central Elec" on my 2008 Audi A3 8P via HEX-NET USB on a laptop running VCDS 14.2.0. Doors are unlocked and I have been able to access other controllers but not 09. All I get is the spinning progress bar and the only button available in the advanced box is "Security Access". Is there something I am missing here?

We were able to reproduce the issue. I don't have a time frame for a fix, but do know our programmers are working on it. In the meantime, you can access 09 Via the mobile interface and complete any necessary diagnosis.
