Auto Scan Testing: 2007 RS4

I bought a Hex Net device and finally got my car back from the dealer today to run a scan. Running Windows 7 with IE 9 (can't update IE, can try with Chrome next time). Wireless Infrastructure mode, connected to my iPhone. Autoscan hung on 0F. I tried to update and the update process crashed, I will try again tomorrow connecting to my home wifi as opposed to my phone.

What happens when you go to 0F directly in VCDS-Mobile?

I updated the Hex Net successfully when connected to my home wifi and then directly accessed 0F and received this message:

The message would then disappear and the fields on the page were blank.

Please do the following in VCDS-Mobile: [Options] -> Put 001f in the Debug Level field, click [Submit]. Then [Done, Go Back], [Select], [0F - Digital Radio]. I would expect it to fail in the manner above. Exit the module. Go to [View Saved Files]. There should be a new file at the bottom of the list named 'debuglog.edl'. Synch it to the Cloud and post the docid here.

Note: Shaun is out today (his sister is getting married this weekend) and won't be able to look at it and work whatever is causing this until next week.
