I'm not sure. 7L0-616-705-A isn't a valid part number but the plain version (7L0-616-705) supers to 7L0-616-705-B which is called a "Pressure Pipe" with a comment Brown even though that appears to be black.

Pipe #21 is not a spare part. This link looks a lot like the ETKA/PL24 illustrations if you click on Product Images and zoom.

P.S. Do you think the AC drain or water could be tracking down that hose/pipe collecting that sticky anti-corrosion goo and making it look wet? Sorta like the clear but sticky goo washing out door drain holes onto the rockers after 5+ years.

That doesn't look like it would hold much pressure to me .... but you could use Peter's BS approach and spray soapy water followed by filling the accumulator and outputting front and rear axles:

thank you dana looks like you nailed it. at first you would think the oil is coming from the short hose connecting the two pipes. but the more i looked at it seems to be coming from all over the frame. i removed both front wheel well covers and found debris like leaves and needles and a lot of soil. i took some pics will try and load them. i would recommend if you have a treg to open the wheel wells asap you will need a vacuum to clean all the crap out. also the drian from the cowl had alot of soil and leaves

I believe all US models were programmed "Standard".

Yeah, I know. Doesn't make sense to me either. But then quite a few things VW has done leave me scratching my head. ;)

ok so both pictures are taken side ways they should be turned 90 deg clockwise. the first pic is at the bottom rear of the wheel well, in the cavity it was filled with soil/dirt and full of leaves. the second pic, their is a hole where I took off the rubber drain grommet that is where the cowl drains. clean that area also
