A6 4F full LED Tail Light retrofit

I'm trying to install new full LED tail lights. I started with the OEM partial LED tail lights. Right now, I have no brake lights, turn signals, etc. in the tail lights. Various thread researching online and even the company that sold the tail lights said to modify coding in module 46. Some have said to add 131072, the company that sold them said to subtract 131072. Neither seem to work, company claims it is "supposed to work". I receive "Code rejected. Error 31: Request out of Range".

Also, new to VCDS, learning as I go. If there is more info needed, feel free to let me know. Any help would be appreciated.

Two different scans above. First one was with tail lights connected and second scan with them disconnected. (wanted to see if there was a difference). Apparently I have a lot of other unknown problems as well after reviewing this.

Thanks rlarsen for making me brain storm a little. I was able to figure it out. I had to subtract 131072 AND 4096 to get it to work and the lights work as they are supposed to now. (Brakes, turn signal, etc). So is it possible to go full LED tail lights? YES!!
