We were bild in a bixenon headlamp with led daylight into the car, witch is attached in a log file.
We can’t coding the xenon (55) address, because the 55 address don’t let „air suspension” turn to „metal spring suspension”.
We flashed xenon ECU up to date software.
In the BCM1 (09) coding done, it is OK.
Our promlems are:
-We can’t coding (55) wright.
-The high beam doesn’t work. But the pass function works.

Please help me.

.. so please include the details from the installed/retrofitted parts. If they are used please include which vehicle(s) they came from to rule 
out a compatibility issue.

I believe the mismatched subsystems may be directly related to the inability to code 55. Please provide the source of the installed parts in addition to the coding values that are being rejected. Hopefully, someone here can confirm deny my theory in addition to checking the plausibility of the coding.

The slave comonents (two Headlamp Power Output Stage) are contact the master (55) and if I coding right the master it will adapt the slave components. I changed few monts ago one slave component and the slave component was same as code. After I recoding the master module (just copy original code and save it) it was good.

I fitted two bixenon headlights with LED daytime running ligths and the xenon ECU 4H4 907 357 C.


I tried coding the master, and I got two fault code today.
The coding is not right because I can't add metal springs and can't remove "leveling sensors via air suspension system" and I can't get the vehicle type: Audi A6 4G. If I tried add this functions, VCDS says: Code not accepted. Car's not have air springs.

I was worried about the source of these parts because of the coding and HW/SW level discrepancy of the subsystems. I believe they came from two different vehicles.

I found a RoW TDI 2013 (4G20TC) scan:

Even though those lights appear to be newer they had the same coding (1D0000) shown in your right side:

Is the above coding accepted in the 55 master and can you code both subsystems to 1D0000 manually?

Hi,

I solved the problem.

The problem was a HW version in the subsystem

Left Headlamp Power Output Stage:
H02 0003
Coding: 1A0000

Right Headlamp Power Output Stage:
H02 0006

I changed one of subsystem to same as. After the headlight system work fine.
