USB test failure

Ross-Tech interface not found.
USB library version: 0.02.07
Interface: Not found

Cable was working before windows 10 update and now I can't create configure file and run software. 15.7.4 VCDS

I get the same error as if the cable isn't even pulled in.

With cable not plugged into computer, open Device Manager. Plug cable into computer. Does anything appear in Device Manager? If so, check properties for status/hints.

Windows 10 makes a connection noise when the cable is pulled in and also I have checked the connected devices and it was listed so I removed it and plugged the cable back in and windows 10 reinstalled the cable and all is well now. Thanks for the help. Not sure what happened. lol.
