No, both sides show failed.

After over five minutes after engine start.

So you need to do each manual test for readiness and check each bit one at a time.

No good for CAT, SAI, EVAP/LDP, OXS and aged heated OXS....

Lets do LDP and Evap shared byte first.

0x01-04-071 ON ( LDP at idle )
0x01-04-070 ON ( Evap at idle ) at least operating temp I require please.

0x01-04-070 - can't get a result. Switches between test on/test off. Been going for about 15 minutes.

This is leading me to believe your rear OXS sensors maybe faulty........a bad N80 or even a MAF

What's the duty cycle say in the fields ........please log?

I assume that since field 1 never shows anything bu 0% that a valve is never opening and therefore faulty. Is that the N80?

I finally got the N80 replaced. Test 0x01-04-036 just shows between 0.435 and 0.445 in the first field. The second field just reads Test Off and the last two fields are blank just as before.
0x01-04-71 = system ok
0x01-04-70 = evap ok

Still showing four failed/incomplete modes.

Just got back from grocery shopping and saw your PM.

I want you to take the car down the road and get the CATs temp up to at least 700c degrees or higher.

Select lower gears to do this.

Than once this is done, please start select test 0x01-04-046 and drive at slow speeds until you see the test start........ then hold that RPM.

Use 100 RPM increments at a time please, and wait for each at least .5 of a mile to see a test activate.

I want SAI done last.

Usually often enough...... it tests OK & is a withheld test from display, or being saved to eeprom; until the CAT 046/047 is preformed and saved via key cycle.

Ok. The cat shows passed in readiness status. I'm not sure how since it didn't seem the test ever started but maybe it cycled after I unplugged the battery to replace the N80. SAI is the only one left that shows failed.

Ran the test when the coolant reached 80°C but the test never seems to do anything. Secondary Air Injection always reads 0.0% and it always reads test off as it has every time I've tried.

You have to do all tests again one by one, and that one last in the same session.

Have you tried 0x01-04 binary tests in the upper 210> to 255 range?
