Hi, I have a 2002 Passat (B5) which will not start. The car is a manual shift and I would like to check the clutch pedal position sensor with VAG-COM to see if that is OK. Could someone please provide instructions on using VAG-COM for this? I did it a few years ago but can't remember how it went. I know it is in one of the groups, but not sure which module and group number. Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

To get help in our forum, an Autoscan is the starting point.

Please post an autoscan so we know which modules are in your Passat.

Don't know how? Please see this thread:

Try MVB 066, field 2. One of the bits should change as the clutch is pressed and released.

By "Will not start" I assume you mean "Will not crank"?
