I think you need a new Gateway that supports Highline TPMS.

In this page the sell this Gateway and they say that you need Gateway 7N0907530AS version. This one supports highline TPMS.

What vehicle do you have as i added it to my Tiguan 2011 R Line and it required coloured MFD, TPMS Module and sensors, as well as an updated CAN Gate to get it to work.

I think that your current Gateway support TPMS, it support ExtCan-Bus, i see on log that your AFS module is on ExtCan-Bus, otherwise Gateway would not able to se TPMS control unit!

Have you got the TPMS sensors? If not the module switches off then you have to do a 15 to 30min drive with the sensors fitted before the TPMS module activates again.

I'm not entirely sure if those 3AA TPMS sensors are going to work. Based on the BCM and TPMS part numbers (5K0 937 086 Q) it looks like you tweaked the coding in address 09 to enable 65-TPMS but most RoW market Tiguans with factory direct TPMS would have had a separate 3AA-907-273-? module installed which supports wheel position recognition.

The Golf based BCM tweak usually requires 1K0 Golf based TPMS sensors and the system does not have wheel position recognition.

Hopefully someone can correct me if I'm wrong but the VW CC is the only car from this time frame sold in the US with 3AA TPMS. The Tiguan US market switched to ABS based indirect in 2011.
