PS: You do have a rather different Steering Module.
"EV_SteerAssisNSKGen2" rather than "EV_SteerAssisUDSTRW".
Looks like a different supplier...

First I do like to thank You for this solution it is working and my power steering works well after restet,
But after reset I Have a problem with ESP and some steering angle sensor foults. I have trying to drive slow. turn the whells left an right as described but it do not help . If You could help. Here is the auto scan

Have you tried figure eights in a parking lot and also driving backward a bit lock to lock of the steering wheel?

TPMS may also be a problem causing a failed calibration due conflict DTC...........
No, if I knew where to find a procedure for it in this car with ESP9.0i and EPS_TRW_ALow, I would have posted a link.

Check G85 live data with the steering perfectly straight, when holding to full right and again when holding to full left. You can add that to a log and paste it here if needed. If the mechanical alignment (lock-to-lock) is out more than 10 degrees -or- straight isn't close enough to 0.0 that may be the problem.
Wheel speed dataJack's TPMS concerns are valid and worth looking into. Faulty WSS data will prevent TPMS from learning and in older cars (Mk5-6) we know incorrect WSS data prevents G85 learning and end-stop calibrations from being possible. I would watch live wheel speeds while driving perfectly straight to make sure there isn't a discrepancy at all.
Car was crashed, but it was not a big crash. Airbags blow up and power steering locks but I could drive home almost 150 Km with no problem. Only hood , front bumper, bumper beam ware replaced.
Could You let me know how to check live data with UDS and what WSS means. I like to repair cars and restore old cars but it is my hobby. my english is not so good :-)

If not can you please recode the controller to match the WSC/Importer# and tester # of the 0x01 ( engine ) Shop #: WSC 73430 031 00063 In 0x15 ( airbag ) & 0x44 ( steering )

Yes I had crash shut down activated and i had to reset the 44 module as described in the solution. All airbags are replaced and all bad codes are deleted from the airbag module. Car drives well now. ABS and Power steerig works but I have christmas tree over the dashboard.
Tire presure , power steering and ESP lights on.
EDITED: About the WSC. I could change it but could You describe how to do this job :
I have tested all whells spead and the steering sensor. RAW value of sterring sensor has change if i moove the steering whell so I thing it is ok - Am I wrong? I have also tested Yours sugestion about the slow driving - nothing works
Maybe somethig goes wrong over the reset and I need to reflash this module ?
I have also another id. Maybe over the rest something has change in the ESP module . I have trying to read it (long code) with LCode but the translation file do not support it. there is a file 6R0-907-37x-ESP90.clb but I do not know how to use it. I would like to look in to the coding and see what is in there.
