VCDS update error -4

hi, i have problem with my vcds, i can`t update Error -4, alert my with one messages
also i can`t support Error -1
see in photo, have any idea to fix it ?

Are you connected to the Internet in that screenshot? What version of VCDS are you currently running? Try downloading and installing Release 15.7.3 from our website:

http://www.ross-tech.com/vcds/download/current.php

I download and install manual v15.7.3, because automatic update not work, its same problem Error -4

know someone how to fix it ??

Check your hosts file and make sure there are no entries in there for Ross-Tech.com.

i have 19.6.2 and i need to update to up to date,
