The battery managemnt code will also flag up when very new can is installed in old car and can gw superseeding isn't followed.
Reason is that older wirings have GND in place where newer cans have battery management LIN wire. It is needed to remove GND from there and you're fault free.

Also, although the 61 is in Installation List, it is not in autoscan. - Please go to 61 directly and see fault and clear them.

I omitted the serial numbers only for a matter of privacy.

I am worried of the remaining faults... Except for the radio because I need a radio antenna cable adapter.

What about the battery regulator? Do I have really to weld the groud in a different way?

#09 The gateaway you installed isn't exactly compatible to the central electronics, it will likely keep flagging those codes. Install a proper gateway to fix this.

#19 See comments on #56.

#56 A Skoda Fabia/Roomster Radio in a Golf will never run free of faults, you may be able to reduce them but that's about it. Install a proper radio to fix this.

#61 Since your car doesn't have battery management (and the relating sensors), but the Gateway (that isn't meant for your car) looks for them - there is nothing you can do, other than installing a proper gateway. If if you retrofitted the sensor etc., the remaining vehicle systems would have no idea what to do with the information. IMO not worth it...

61 fault will flag up because LIN wire is short to ground, not because the can has it listed.

Yes cut pin or remove wire. But you have others faults to address.

Well, no... Better to stop this kind of troubleshooting on the car I own. Today I put back the old gateway and RCD300 radio.
I thought it was much simpler upgrading a radio, even the volume control on steer does not work.

But thank you for your support. Now I have much clear the use of VCDS. :)
