No ......No .......No.....

Timing is field 2 in your screen shot and if 98 is too high/advanced.......especially at a fuel temp of 145 in field 9.......pump is out.

32760 is not a timing setting, and is an adaption ........the value should be 32768 as default.

When you shoot this figure off for 32760 what channel are you referencing in adaptation after login of 12233 ( 0x01-10-00? )

Adaptation channel 4 is like expert-mode, and certainly not to be used when you can't get your engine running right in the first place. Like Jack said, put those adaptations back to stock, and go back to the basics. You haven't posted fault codes in a long time, does that mean the engine is clear of DTCs currently?

Ok completed the following steps
Rebuild the harness and replaced the accelerator connector- intermittent error now solved
Rebuild the wiring from alternator to both ECM and dashboard. - intermittent accel. signal now solved.

Timing graph still gives me "Engine not a Idle" error at bottom of screen. Followed the wiki steps and was testing "Channel 2". Changed little if you go down from 32768 to 32760 but after that no response.

A quick update. After fixing the wiring issues the pump now indicates between Green and Blue and not off screen.

ok, those shouldn't interfere too much with engine operations :)
How about measuring blocks 001 and 002?

Important to see base timing cold and hot in basic settings + logged & in comparison to blocks.

Basics 0x01-04-000 ( command to observe your baseline " Telling " )
Blocks 0x01-08-000 ( observation of moved adjusted values as defined in the controller from your basic settings made to adapt " Watching " )

Commencement function must be checked cold........ in field 2 block 000 measuring.
To initiate ( 0x01-03 then move to 0x01-08-000 )
The value in field 2 should be seen to sweep from 000 to 255 decimal.

You better take a crash course in posting data logs and actually post the logs not half ass screen shots..........they say nothing for what needs to be observed.

Go read the forums how to do this.........

Based on that screen shot your timing SUX........

Well he posted what I asked for :)
So your G28 is confirmed working, and your injected quantity looks alright. Your G149 is within spec; The switch conditions do say idle switch closed. The only thing I see out of spec is the accelerator position, which would explain the increased rpm. Trace those wires and check the pedal. Let's also look at group 015 at idle, that should confirm that the driver request is non-zero.

To answer your second part of the question. Completely replaced the wiring from the custom harness for throttle pedal. Original vw harness wiring end to end.
Currently is stays at 5.5 %. I will unmount it to make sure nothing is pressing something else. I noted that the throttle does not go al the way to 100%. This is an addition to this vehicle as part of the conversion.

Ok adjusted the pedal as far as it would go. Brought the idel down to 3.9 / 4.3 %.
Address 01: Engine (038 906 012 H)

4.3 % Accel. Pedal Pos. Sensor 1 (G79)

63.0°C Coolant Temperature (G62)

Something that was not there before is the AC flag under operating condition. I do not hav an AC connected currently. Pedal also goes to 100% after it was removed.

That's your issue here confirmed. You need to get this down to 0 by fixing the pedal or its wiring.

If you're looking to take a snapshot, you should be able to just hit "Add to Log" on the basic settings screen. Then copy/paste as you've been doing is just fine. I just noticed there's no evidence in the log that it's basic settings as opposed to measuring blocks, I should fix that.
If you want to make a full log (I think that's what Jack's asking) in csv format, then you would hit the "log" button, and copy/paste the contents of the resulting csv file here, preferably in CODE tags like you would an autoscan.
