We all work on cars here, obviously, so wanted to pass this along.
About 5 years ago a Deputy Sheriff Lieutenant and I were working late one night.
He pulled out a flashlight like I'd never seen before - small and bright as hell.
He uses it for night qual, and likes to reverse the clip to attach it to his collar to work on things.
When I got home I ordered 4 of them and not a single one has let me down.
One is on me at all times and others are scattered around the house, toolboxes, etc.
They take 2 AA batteries and I easily get 6-8 months or more per set.
It's called the Streamlight Stylus Pro and is about $20
Note: Neither I nor Ross-Tech are affiliated with Streamlight. This is my personal recommendation.
