I was thnking. In our local forum we have in sell sub-forum, when making new thread, a separate box to add info on contacts(cell nr, email, etc...). Maybe if to add same idea to this forum, with bold red text INSERT AUTOSCAN FOR QUICK SUPPORT etc...
