Modified thread to cover just the 53-Parking Brake Module. Just for information if someone else has this issue.

Security access doesn't seem to work (no bubble).

Dana suggested different code (see below) which was accepted.

Labels are missing however and I wasn't able to generated the module map (even after adding SA code).

Hello Shawn,

We should move this to the Tweaks section but I don't have the power to do that. I'll ask one of the guys to move it. Hopefully someone with this particular vehicle configuration may be able to provide feedback related to the other concerns you have.

I don't have any reason to believe this vehicle is broken or misconfigured from the factory but that BCM is significantly different:

We have that 53-Parking Brake (8K0 907 801 N) controller covered but let us know if the 78713 code was accepted per your email inquiry. Control module maps from that 08-Auto HVAC controller would be helpful at some point.

Ok the security code worked and was accepted. However there is no label file present for the Parking Brake module and I was unable to generate one (either with the autoscan with debug -2 or the applications/controller channel map approach).

As such I think the labels are a bit messed up, I was trying to get (what I though) was channel 7 in adaptation but there was nothing that was obviously channel 7. I didn't necessarily want to start changing bits randomly since the car is still less than a week old.

Any ideas?

Control maps for the other modules are in the mail as well.

OK Shawn, I asked one of the guys with Admin access to tweak the subject name so this thread will be EPB specific.

I couldn't remember if you had the full Auto-Scan with VIN in this thread or not so I quoted the 53 data above with VIN removed. Because this 53 controller is one of the latest UDS/ODX protocols control module maps will not generate per the Special Notes section. Coding and Security Access information is provided by a label (lbl/clb) file but Basic Settings, Adaptation, Output test and similar data is pulled from the ROD file - which is working perfectly fine despite the lack of a label file.

As far as the tweaks got you may have luck searching in other forums or waiting for feedback here but several seatbelt Adaptation channels exist. I would try 'Driver Out Apply - Evaluation of seatbelt' and/or 'Seat belt buckle detection' to see if those have desirable results, perhaps one at a time.
