HEX+CAN Driver Issue

Downloaded the version on a computer I have not used. I am running Win & home premium. I have searched and searched for this drive and I can not find it. When I download the VCDS and run the set up and when it goes to install the driver it comes up with a red X. Tried rebooting the computer and same thing. Tried running the test in VCDS and an error pops up about the driver. Help Please.

Windows 7 shouldn't give you a hard time but are you plugging the interface into a regular USB 2.0 port or a 3.0 port (with the blue strip)? The tips and tricks here may be helpful:
