This is done under indicator celebration in instrument cluster.

Is there no possible way to find out mirror fold on lock, polo coding does not work, they retrofit t5/6 bcm's into polos and it still works so must only be down to door modules and coding?

I do have a T6 on order, once it's here I'll do some more testing - depending on the findings the results may be applicable to the T5GP/T5.2

Hi Adam - can you elaborate a bit further? What do you change byte 2 bit 1 to? And what do you alter in basic settings? Can you tell me your coding? Thanks.

Im looking to retro fit folding mirrors on a T5 GP. Has any body done this?
Also any news on this folding mirrors on lock,as im looking to get this working on our T6 Kombi DSG highline.
The needle sweep.....is that where the needles sweep when turning the ignition on.....done via instrument cluster?????

Adam, can you elaborate on this? I tested this and can NOT confirm it's working. What model/module did you try this on?

FWIW: With Byte 02 Bit 1 active, the Window Regulators are blocked/off with Ignition OFF (but S-Contact ON). ;) I did manage to find some more time to play and I believe I found the meaning of a few bits and fixed the differentiation between the individual control module variants - won't help with this problem yet, though there's gonna be a more appropriate label file included in the next update.

Ive got my T6 mirrors to fold on the key now thanks to Adam and the T6 forum
all I changed was the 1500B1 to 1500B3 and 0400A1 to 0400A3
then you have to reset the one touch window switches,
you have to hold the lock button on key for a second or so longer for the mirrors to fold, then they unfold when you turn the ignition on

nickdaw, what position is your mirror switch in when you do this? As I wrote earlier, flipping that bit has a completely different effect on mine.

my mirror fold works with button switched to the left or right mirror
I see your modules have the letter N as mine have the letter L, I wonder if that has any thing to do with it?
