    Okay ok.

    No sticky hands though.......

Please unplug the Oxygen sensors and see if symptom for N276 goes away during road test.

Don't forget to clear codes before road test and report back a full auto-scan after road test

Jack, I have run the car as you said without the oxygen sensors connected, and looks like no change.
Here are the pics of the disconnected sensors and the VCDS screen (2 images):

Below is the new log file (I cleared codes before like you said), please let me know if you have other suggestions to try.
Is it possible I have a bad fuel pump relay, is that worth swapping out with a new one... any other ideas...

Okay very good......so now why is voltage in the crapper?

Have you verified that the wiring from ECU/supply J757 to N290/N276 is okay with overlay?

    Have you changed J757?

Jack, great catch I assume voltage should be around 13+ with the car running. I have removed and reseated the same fuel pump relay think that is J757. Should I replace that with a new one as a first step? Mine has a 614 on the top.

You need to RTFB the component locations in repair manual at Erwin.
